Betts Patterson & Mines’ Seattle office is seeking a general civil litigation associate with five to seven years of professional experience. Familiarity with insurance coverage analysis and litigation is a plus, as is experience with general litigation including brief writing, legal research, depositions and discovery, client contact and some knowledge of the courtroom. The successful candidate must have outstanding analytical, verbal, writing, and research capabilities, ability to work with deadlines and as part of a team in a busy practice, demonstrated ability as an independent thinker and self-starter, a strong work ethic, an excellent academic record, and solid references.
