BPM Announces 2019 Directors

Betts, Patterson & Mines P.S. is pleased to announce the election of Shaina Johnson, David Greenberg & Elissa Boyd to Director, effective January 1, 2019.

Shaina Johnson joined the firm in 2013 in BPM’s business and corporate law group.  Her practice involves representing and advising individuals and businesses on a wide range of issues including the negotiation and proper documentation of business agreements, as well a complex commercial litigation.  Ms. Johnson received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2010, where she graduated summa cum laude.

David Greenberg also joined the firm in 2013 and is a tax attorney whose practice focuses primarily on estate planning and business transactional matters.  As an estate planner, David works with individuals and families of all sizes and financial positions to meet their estate planning needs.  Mr. Greenberg received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and most recently received his LL.M in Taxation at the University of Washington School of Law.

Elissa Boyd joined the firm in 2016.  Elissa focuses her practice on insurance issues and specializes in complex insurance coverage advice and litigation in both Oregon and Washington.  Elissa received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2011, where she graduated cum laude.
