At Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S., our drive to create quality is fueled by our employees. We consciously create a warm, open atmosphere that not only attracts the best and the brightest, but also provides them with the support and rewards that foster long-term success with the firm. BPM attorneys and staff collaborate to address some of the most complex and sophisticated work in the field, and we show appreciation for every contribution.
As a mid-sized firm, we offer the benefits of a larger business in terms of technology, office space, activities and training, but are still compact enough to know each other and enjoy working together. All of our employees will readily express that one of BPM’s best qualities is our collegial atmosphere, and we believe this unity is what allows us to consistently surpass client expectations.
