Samantha is an attorney in the Seattle office of Betts, Patterson & Mines P.S. Samantha is a member of the civil litigation group, primarily focusing on construction defect and premises liability claims. She has experience with construction disputes, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, and nuisance claims.

Samantha obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of Washington and her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Samantha was involved with various organizations and interned with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, the in-house counsel department of a national bank, and a criminal defense law firm.

Prior to joining BPM, Samantha worked for a civil litigation firm in Seattle.
