Ms. Benson is an attorney with Betts Patterson & Mines, P.S., where she focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including construction defect, personal injury, liquor liability, and legal malpractice litigation. In her 6 years of practice, Ms. Benson has also counseled manufacturers on product liability containment and defended manufacturers in product liability litigation, including being a member of a trial team that successfully obtained a defense verdict after a three-week jury trial in a wrongful death lawsuit. Ms. Benson has extensive litigation experience, including five trials, numerous arbitrations and mediations, and a successful appeal to the Washington State Supreme Court.
