Toni Anders is a trial attorney with experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, employment counseling and litigation, and intellectual property. Her insurance and litigation practices include first and third party insurance coverage and defense - including bad faith litigation and SIU/fraud counseling and advice - and litigating tort liability and contract disputes. Toni defends clients in employment related disputes and counsels human resource managers and supervisors on a variety of employment-related issues. She also represents writers and music industry clients in contract negotiations and general business affairs.

Toni has defended commercial clients in matters ranging from liability for defective products to race and age discrimination. Before graduating from law school, Toni worked as a claims representative for State Farm Mutual Insurance.
