Mr. Tindal is an associate with Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S., who began practicing law in 1999.  He focuses his practice primarily in the area of Insurance Coverage.  Mr. Tindal represents insurers regarding first and third party claims, coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, and issues involving the duty to defend and indemnify.  His prior practice focused on insurance disputes, construction disputes, and property and real estate disputes.  Additionally, while attending law school, Mr. Tindal was a partner in a mortgage document business.
