Charlie Lyman is a Director in the firm’s business litigation group. He has significant experience in complex litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, securities disputes, real estate and commercial landlord-tenant issues. Charlie also has experience in environmental litigation, including matters involving MTCA and the Clean Water Act. He has repeatedly been named named a ”Rising Star” by Washington Law & Politics magazine. Prior to joining the firm, Charlie served as judicial clerk to Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court.

- Representation of high technology companies involving multimillion dollar claims
- Representation of major telecommunications company in dispute involving contract and regulatory compliance
- Representation of clients in land use disputes, including land use petition act appeals (”LUPA”), adverse possession claims and condemnation proceedings
- Representation of manufacturers and subcontractors in payment actions on public and private projects
