Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S. Honors Frederick V. Betts through Endowed Professorship at UW School of Law
BPM is proud to honor Frederick V. Betts through the Betts, Patterson &
Mines Endowed Professorship in Trial Advocacy at the University of
Washington School of Law. Professor Robert Aronson will be installed as the
Betts, Patterson & Mines Professor of Law in a ceremony at the law school on
April 11, 2008. This professorship was established by Frederick V. Betts and
BPM to support curriculum development and faculty in the area of trial practice
and advocacy.
Michael L. Olver and Christopher C. Lee to Present Seminar on Special Needs Trusts
Michael L. Olver and Christopher C. Lee will present an educational seminar on
fiduciary liability of special needs trust trustees as part of the Washington
State Bar Association's continuing legal education seminar on "Choosing,
Managing And Terminating The Special Needs Trust" on May 20, 2008. Michael L. Olver and Christopher C. Lee are members of BPM's Estate Planning and Probate
practice.
