Ms. Neal is an attorney with Betts Patterson & Mines, P.S., where she advises and defends insurers in first and third party coverage and bad faith matters. In her 18 years of practice, Ms. Neal has advised insurers regarding a wide range of insurance products, including general liability, professional liability, medical and nursing home liability and title insurance policies. Ms. Neal has extensive litigation experience in defending insurers in complex bad faith suits, including failure to defend/settle claims, excess judgment cases, and cases involving collusive agreed judgments and settlements.
